Adam de Pencier
The Most Reverend Dr Adam Urias de Pencier, O.B.E., D.D.〔(NPG details )〕 (1866-1949) was the third Bishop of New Westminster and second Archbishop and Metropolitan of British Columbia.〔(Metropolitans of British Columbia )〕 Born in 1866, he was the great-great grandson of Charles I, Duke of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel through his ancestor Christian Theodor von Pincier.〔“Who was Who” 1897-2007 London, A & C Black, 2007 ISBN 978-0-19-954087-7〕
